1. Tickets
Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

2. 50/50
BC Gaming Event Licence #155834
1 for $10.00; 40000 tickets
20 for $25.00; 600000 tickets
120 for $50.00; 3600000 tickets
300 for $75.00; 9000000 tickets
The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.
Maximum 50/50 payout will be $2,450,000.00.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information
Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: November 29, 2024 at 10:00:00 p.m. PSTDraw
draw: December 3, 2024 at 12:00:00 p.m. PST
If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at St. Paul’s Foundation 510-1125 Howe Street Vancouver, BC V6Z 1Y6
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://spf5050.ca/winners on December 3, 2024.

4. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the St. Paul’s Foundation.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the St. Paul’s Foundation or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy
St. Paul’s Foundation does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints
Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: aoldershaw@providencehealth.bc.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
